If you have already paid for it your money is gone but you can remove it by doing the following:
I would suggest installing malwarebytes or avast antivirus to help you with virus problems as they are both free and effective.

Either one might make you register to run the product, but they are both free or offer free versions.

1.Since you have downloaded the antivirus on your computer so now you have to install it.For that just double click on the antivirus setup you will get the option run
2.Click “OK” when run option appears.
3.It will take around two minutes to get installed on your computer.
