So I got to the step where you go to Documents and Settings\All users\Start Menu to delete the folder but I either couldnt find it or was denied access. My OS is Vista so I researched and found that they had changed the name from “Documents and Settings” to “Users”. I thried accessing that every which way and still could not gain access to the file. If there is any help you can give me it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You are using your web browser and that is why it’s searching the web. You need to search for the folder on your hardrive and not the web. I would strongly urge you to just use SDA to remove this. This will eliminate you from doing any damage to the system.
